The Wedding Budget

Wedding preparation is a typical example to illustrate just how important it is to exercise some form of budget planning. I guess none of us would want to end up having to deal with financial hardship after a joyous occasion.
Evon and I started our wedding preparation several months back. Since April, both of us have been actively sourcing around for great deals and good bargains. We have to work within a very limited budget and that can be extremly challenging at times. After all, a wedding is really a once-in-a-life-time affair and it’s natural for the couple to demand for the best in almost every single thing.
It’s true. Everyone has the right to demand but it comes with a premium. This is especially so in Singapore whereby everything is tagged to a dollar-value. Put it simply - No Money No Talk! Hence, the question that Evon and I constantly ask ourselves is “Am I willing to pay a premium for this service?” Believe me, it’s never a simple decision to make when it comes to wedding preparation.
If only I get to strike a lottery, the wedding budget will no longer be a tricky issue for Evon and myself. Dreamz …
